The Art of Conscious Leadership

TimiaAfrica ideates, creates, designs and implements projects that emanate from our unique Triad Model of Health Education, Adult Education and Alternative Dispute Resolution. Together with our clients and beneficiaries we can fill the much needed and ignored gaps in society.

Education, a human right, is a lifelong learning activity, albeit a voluntary personal or professional pursuit of knowledge, practical skills, work and/or life experience.  Equal access and inclusion in education opens doors to relevant opportunities that uplifts individuals who become valued and contribute to sustainable economies for generations to come.

TimiaAfrica designs and implements education programmes tailored for the needs of beneficiaries under the flagship of The Art of Conscious Leadership™ (ACL).  This programme is directed at different target markets within leadership and youth, that is supported by Life-Long Learning Certification, Recognition of Prior Learning and Career Path Development for all levels of leadership development.

All programmes include the intersectionality of our Triad Model which can be tailored to suit specific beneficiary target markets and/or the needs of clients. This includes the segmentation of content into a group of individual courses, specifically designed to suit the project needs. Deep immersive learning sessions are part of the blended methods of learning.

The content of our programmes are aligned with the 2023 World Economic Forum's paper on the "Future of Jobs" which highlights the 15 Top Skills needed for the future. TimiaAfrica’s programmes therefore include the international need for these Critical and Essential skills.

Additional services in areas of Health, Mediation, Peacebuilding, Coaching and Research are available on request.
