Overview

South African Research has identified a scarcity of Critical and Essential Skills in our country. This gap was iterated at the 2023 World Economic Forum, which listed similar and more critical skills that are needed for future leaders.

This is an introduction to the Critical and Essential Skills for Leaders programme (CES-1) which is presented by subject experts and specialists, with years of experience in their field of business.  The content has been carefully constructed and integrated to link the modules, with the intent of creating a major paradigm shift in perceptions and behaviour of individuals within the world in which we co-exist.

This introductory programme consists of a range of progressive subjects and topics that all leaders should practice and is aligned with accredited content. The golden thread that runs through the programme is Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, which highlights the importance and relevance of Health, Education and Alternative Dispute Resolution in living, working and playing in a peaceful world.

These sought-after skills gives the leader of the future the essence of  critical, analytical, creative and sensitive judgement abilities within diverse societies. It will promote conflict reduction for a peaceful and balanced life. Attention is given the human and environmental rights of everyday life that we take for granted. It is recommended that beneficiaries also register for the complete Critical and Essential Skills programme to gain the greatest benefit for the future.
